First off, I want to talk about the fics. If you want to download them, go ahead. If you want to put a story, stories or links to them at your site, you need to get in touch with me and get my permission first, whether it's for only a part of any of the fics or in their entirety. If you want to put them on your website, you can, but you need my permission first and don't put it on your website like it is here. Have it so it matches how your site is. But, it might just be easier and less time consuming for you if you just made a link to them. But, it's up to you. If you want to link, link to the fic main page and not the first page of the fic.

As far as the other pages, the list concerning evohs and other related things as it is, in it's entirety, is unique in it's structure and composition. While I didn't come up with things, like the idea of matter absorption/conversion or rage first, the explanations for things, like energy generation, the details about the tunnel used in gateways, how a nonreflective aura works, etc. are my own creations. I can't take all of the evoh pages and say what exactly is mine and what isn't because some is mine, some is the work of others (and some where I've tweeked it) and a lot of what's on the pages is a mish mash of my creativity, research I've done and the research and work of others. But, I am the one that has compiled them the way they are presented here. Just like the fics, you need to get my permission to post the list in either its entirety or just a portion of it. But, this list? I'm even more protective of it than the fics (because I have spent so much more time and so much more energy on it than I have the fics) and I'm more reluctant to give permission for it to be reposted. Linking to it is another matter. If you're gonna link to it, I ask you link to the evoh main page. I orignally planned not to do this site at all. And when I did, I hadn't planned on adding these pages. They were just for my own personal enjoyment when I first started on them. It began as a curiosity as to how this stuff would translate into the real world.

For reposting anything from this site, you need to put my name on it and the date from the email that gives my permission at the beginning of the reposted portion. Permission to post or link for one portion of the site doesn't equal a blanket permission for everything on the site. Permission for one of the fics doesn't give you permission for the others, nor does it give permission to any of the other pages on the site and vis versa.

In the evoh's section, characters that are mentioned that also appear in comics, TV shows, movies, etc. are the property of whoever owns them, which isn't me. There are only a few instances where they are mentioned. Tonya, the teleporter and Frida, the force field former are mine. They are all mentioned as an illistrative example. In the fics, the standard disclaimer is mentioned at the beginning.
